For nursing care, it is impossible to discuss without taking personal relationship into account. Therefore, if there is no chemistry between a person who gives care and a person who receives care, an unexpected trouble occurs. In nursing homes, the person in charge changes as early as possible in such a case. You do not have to try to overcome bad chemistry. It is surely more important to keep such atmosphere that nursing staff can say this word nonchalantly without hurting any people.
