Warren Zevon
This folk rock singer, who lived in Los Angeles and was given three months to live, decided to spend his remaining time on producing the best album of his life rather than the last album he left to his friends and family. One of his friends asked him, "Have your views on life and death changed this time?." He answered, "I've come to enjoy every sandwich." From memorial video "(Inside) out."
