It's better that the sound of town is mixed up. It's much better to be noisy. Because it's evidence showing that our lives are full of energy.

Children are busy crying, shouting and singing at all. Some people get angry at the noisiness while some people feel warm with the heat of life in "chorus of the angels." Some people feel uncomfortable with people's noisiness and mugginess. On the contrary, the author thinks that the quietness of a supermarket, where people buy things, pay for them, put them in a bag and leave "in silent," is weird.
