The cooking expert who co-operate a restaurant, "Anda Dumpling", gives an interview of a magazine, "Spectator No.42" that she wanted to make a restaurant and menu in which people can eat something before starting work alone and thank them if they have it in their neighborhood. People hesitate to say "help" because it is miserable but they are not afraid to say "thank." Because t is a relationship that allows each other to be considerate without  a psychological burden of "to do it for you/to get it done by you."
