"Messy" with signboards and electric wires. The surface of the city called Tokyo is chaotic. But the maintenance site of the subway and bus contrasts with this. Tools, bolts, gloves are in order. A copywriter, Takagi, asks a British photographer, Mark Power, to photograph the backyard. The foundation of urban life is supported and protected by <people>.
