Poverty is not a problem that has nothing to do with you but neighbors on you.

From a lecture book about poverty issues, "Sir, what is poverty?" of NPO corporation Independent Living Support Center, "MOYAI."  If we call  what we can rely on when we are in difficulties such as help from family and friends, a decent educational environment, securing employment, and institutional protection, "reservoir", the state of losing the "reservoir" is poverty. In that sense, "economic poverty" is intricately intertwined with "poverty of connection."
