A song is dangerous. It makes people get serious.

A song stirs emotion. It also wash away the sediment that has accumulated at the bottom of the heart. If everyone sings together, their mood will be further enhanced. A song can provoke people's feelings excessively and combine them, or can be the last form of people's "resistance." The folklore says that the amplitude of the swing is scary. From a tripartite talk with a poet, Ryoichi Wago, and an art producer, Chiaki Soma ("Contemporary Poem Handbook" March issue), the same as yesterday and the day before yesterday.
