The librarian moved to a mountain village in Nara Prefecture with her husband and opened a private library, “Lucha Libro.” This library has become a place where many people with difficulty in living visit from afar. She says that the library can sustain itself naturally because they make much of the mechanism of alternation of those who support and those who are supported, not depending on some other person's kindness or compassion. A book co-authored with Shinpei Aoki, “A Library Across The Water.”
