People cry when they say that they are at a loss because their parent wanders around, but they laugh when other people say the same thing.

"While those who care for their parent with dementia are talking to each other about their troubles, each person knowing "He/She is the same as me," comes to consider himself/herself to be one of them," the former president of "Association of People with Dementia and the Family Members" says.
