The husband of a writer, Seiko Tanabe lives with his father evacuating his family in wartime. When they got strafed and ran this way and that trying to escape, his father quickly picked up a pair of wooden clogs and he a book of novel. A stylish playboy and a young man who likes literature. It does not matter to other people, but their real feeling unexpectedly appeared there. The book was also sold and turned into distilled spirit immediately after the war ended.
