Plan, Do, Check, Action

an oft-heard business expression

Plan, do, check, action, and loop back to higher order circulation. This is a method for quality control or business improvement, called the PDCA cycle. About this method, some people poke fun at it as Plan, Delay, Cancel, Apology. I think that it's because if you start a plan without examining closely whether it is truly complete, it will become a custom of "shrinkage" such as precedent doctrine, top-down management and demerit system.
